Tom Bagley Groundworks Ltd is a family run business, specialising in all aspects of civil engineering, groundworks, surfacing, construction and demolition. With over 20 years’ experience, we are an industry leader in our fields and are continually evolving as a company, always striving to remain at the top of our game. We strongly believe that investment in our employees training and development, along with having a modern fleet of vehicles and diverse range of plant equipment is what sets us above the competition.
Over the years we have expanded to a team of over 20 highly experienced operatives, who all pride themselves on their advanced skillsets, high levels of customer service and they will always strive to go above and beyond for our clients.
Our highly skilled, dedicated workforce are fundamental to the success of our business both from a productivity and health and safety perspective, as safety is a main priority for our company.
All our operatives hold, as a minimum, a current CSCS card, however the majority proudly hold advanced qualifications and as a company we keep them up to date with all current legislations.
